Katie Cook knows good wine when she tastes it.
After all, that’s her job.
At 28-years-old, she is the new wine and wine making (enology) project lead at the University of Minnesota Horticulture Research Center in Chanhassen and she wants to use her encyclopedic wine knowledge to help create “the perfect wine.”
