You are invited to exhibit at the annual Cold Climate Conference Trade Show - The Best attended conference and trade show dedicated to the cold climate wine and grape growing along the Northern Tier.  Hosted once again in historic Saint Paul, Minnesota at the Crowne Plaza Riverfront.  The BIGGER THAN EVER trade show exhibit hall opens Thursday February 21st at 4pm and closes Saturday February 23rd at 2pm. Back by popular demand the "Minnesota Hot Dish" Welcome Reception & Happy Hour takes place Thursday evening in the trade show 4:00 - 6:00pm followed by the NEW WINESHINE! 

WINE SHINE, BYOB *bring your own bottle* of cold climate wine to share with friends and colleagues in the Windows Ballroom on the 22nd floor of the Crowne Plaza.  

PICNIC LUNCH IN THE TRADESHOW, sponsored by Kaufman Container, we will be bringing business to you!

Preview the trade show map and identify your top three booth choices.  You will be asked to enter your preferred booth numbers on the registration form.

Cancellation & Refund Policy 

•Cancellation of your booth more than 30 days prior to the conference will receive a full refund
•Cancellation of your booth less than 30 days prior to the conference will receive a 50% refund
•Cancellation of your booth 2 weeks prior to the conference will receive no refund.
•All cancellation or refund requests must be received in writing by Larry Olson; larry.olson@mngrapes.org
